Orpine Inc.’s Employee Referral Program gives our company the opportunity to hire quality candidates through referrals from our own employees. In recognition of the value of referrals from existing employees, any employee making a successful referral will be given a $1000 cash reward after 90 days of satisfactory employment of the referred candidate.
Eligibility
The program is open to all Orpine Inc employees with the exception of human resources employees and company officers
Managers and directors are eligible for the referral reward only if a department other than the one they have responsibility for employs the person referred and hired.
Friends and family of employees of Orpine Inc are eligible for our $1000 reward if they refer someone and that person is hired
Payments
For Employees:
Payments will be made 90 days after referral employee joins the company if the referral employee remains on the company payroll. Payments will be made in US dollars and paid with the referring employees next scheduled payroll payment. Taxes will be taken out of this amount and reported on the employees Form W-2 at year-end.
For Family & Friends of employees
US residents will need to fill out an IRS form W9
A check for $1000 will be mailed to them 90 days after the employee joins the company. They will be responsible for all applicable taxes
At year-end, a 1099 will be issued and mailed to them
Overseas residents will need to submit bank routing and account information for their overseas account
A wire transfer will be mailed to them 90 days after the employee joins the company
